PACCAL at the 2023 Philippine Independence Day Parade by PIDCI in New York

PACCAL joins for the first time at the 2023 Philippine Independence Day Parade by PIDCI in New York City.

Spearheading this endeavor is Incumbent President Marieta Lamar and is joined by Miss PACCAL 2022 Lady Jan Jauod. Board Members RB Tamayo and Pioneer Marilou Songco were joined by friends and family.
