PAN-AMERICAN CONCERNED CITIZENS ACTION LEAGUE, INC.
PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in October of 1992 to address the health and human service needs of Filipinos and other Asians in Jersey City. Currently it is funded by the Hudson County Office of Aging and through privately and publicly raised funds . We are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Health Workshops is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

Our goal is to promote Filipino and Asian heritage through culturally competent and community needs based programs and initiatives. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
