PACCAL
PAN-AMERICAN CONCERNED CITIZENS ACTION LEAGUE, INC.
PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in October of 1992
originally addressing the needs of Filipino migrants and veterans
during the influx of Filipino families in Jersey City.
Over the years, PACCAL continued to evolve as an organization on a needs-base service.
It's current mission are:
Primarily, to address the health and human service needs of Hudson County residents
And secondarily, to promote and foster positive community activities such as Empowerment Awards.
PACCAL is a community partner of various organizations.
PACCAL's community center is located at 380 Monmouth St. Jersey City, NJ 07302.

Our office is running on a part-time basis.
We are open on Tuesdays from 11am-4pm and upon appointment basis.
PROGRAMS FOR
TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS
Our goal is to promote the Filipino and the Asian heritage through culturally competent and needs-based programs and initiatives.
With access to the right resources, our teens can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.

Our onsite and online health workshops is meant to provide information as well as understanding varying challenges of our older adult demographic.
